Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding area, public transport right to the door, nice garden with many nooks and crannies, barbecue, campfire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bathing is done with a floor wash or with an outdoor shower.
