Wow! We had an incredible stay at the Cabin @ Atlow Mill. The whole set up at Atlow Mill is beautiful and without fault. James was helpful from the start, sending us clear instructions, information and even offering flexible check in. When we arrived, James greeted us - even insisting on carrying our suitcases to the cabin ☺️. James showed us around the cabin, explained where everything was and showed us how to use everything. James also provided really helpful tips for walking routes, parking, where to eat etc. The cabin itself is immaculate, finished to an incredibly high standard and well stocked with all you could need - even Prosecco ☺️. As per one of James’ recommendations, we walked across the sheep fields into Hognaston and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Red Lion. We also enjoyed a trip to Carsington with a long walk around the reservoir. We could not praise or recommend the cabin at Atlow Mill, and James & Chloe as hosts, more highly. We hope to be back again soon!

We've just returned from a girls weekend at Gopsall Farm and stayed in pod 2. It was everything we hoped it would be and the cows for neighbours was an added bonus. It was a very relaxing break, we made great use of the hot tub, had drinks in Farm pub, listening to live music and taking in the beautiful views from our decking. The bottle of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch and went down very nicely. All the amenities you could need were supplied. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Woodlands View! The location is beautiful - very peaceful and relaxing. Sitting out in the hot tub in the evenings was definitely a highlight! The lodge had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - with extra towels and robes for the hot tub. 😊 The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were immaculate and great to have the en-suite in the master room too! The time, thought and effort that has gone into making the lodge a perfect place to stay did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back! 😊

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, my family had a wonderful time and could not recommend this place enough. Liz was great at communicating with us throughout our stay, she was lovely and welcoming. We definitely plan on staying again, perfect place for a quiet and relaxing break.

We had a great two night stay. The cabin has everything you could ever need. We found some great walks to get the dog out as well

Unbelievable stay. I am a sucker for romantic hideaways with hot tubs! Have done loads but this place trumps everyone! My partner’s birthday- Katie decorated it as a surprise! Did not expect that. Luxurious, beautiful little touches throughout the lodge. The views to die for. Extremely comfortable. Perfect nights sleep. Quiet. Planning to return soon as want to visit Castleton and hope valley. Definitely well worth booking ❤️

a beautiful cabin in an idyllic spot. So peaceful and relaxing. Greatly located for walks in the nearby national park. The cabin was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The communication and instructions from the host were amazing from the get go. The cabin was really cute, with a spacious hot tub and surrounded by nature. I adore the honesty shed as it provided relevant supplies for the stay. It was extremely peaceful and would be happy to come again!

We stayed here with our 4 children for 1 night on our way home after a camping trip to break up our journey home. Thank you John & Lauren for a fantastic stay, we had everything we needed and the shower was amazing too - just what we needed after camping! We would definitely come back and stay for longer next time.

The stay we had a the Cabin was our first time away together. The cabin was spotless and the scenery was magical. The whole experience was just perfect and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing, hot tub was an added bonus. Sarah was really helpful gave us a good few places to visit for our stay. The cozy cabin we had was on the end and waking up to the cows on the field was a new experience which was a fun one. Loved the idea of the fire pit. After a long soak in the tub coming out to dry by the fire pit while watching the stars was amazing. Will definitely be back

Host was very good at providing information about the local area which I had asked questions about. A lovely Lodge and the hot tub was fantastic to relax in after a long day at Alton Towers. We would stay here again.

Easy to get into the shepherds hut. Only thing we didn’t realise and must have missed was that you need £1 for a 5 minute shower (and we’d used our coins for the deposit). We were told at check out that we could have called the site number and they would have helped us out. As we were only staying a night we made do without. Communal shower/toilet block was clean.

We had a lovely two night stay at Rebecca’s cabin. It was suitably equipped for a short stay and was warm and cosy. It is very well located for Matlock Bath, Crich tramway museum and the East Midlands Designer Outlet. Good recommendations were provided. It was safe and quiet for small children and they enjoyed their stay too. Thank you very much for an enjoyable mini-break!

I stayed for 4 nights whilst in between house sale/completion as I needed somewhere peaceful and private to work. Susan was so helpful with what was a very last minute booking and provided loads of info for checking in and the stay in general. I was able to come and go flexibly and enjoy the privacy, but could also contact Susan anytime I needed and enjoyed chatting with her briefly. I would 100% recommend and I'm really grateful for my stay.

Stunning cabin, perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. We booked this trip to celebrate my partners’ birthday and travelled on bikes via train. Little Croft was easy to find via directions and is easily accessible from Hope train station. On arriving, we found the accommodation was exactly as pictured, with a gorgeous, Pinterest worthy interior - which we loved how thoughtfully designed it was, and immaculately clean too. And oh my the view! it was everything we hoped for. 🥰We also appreciated the kitchen being stocked with tea, coffee and milk, and shower gel being provided too was a lovely touch. Jon and Kate were great hosts, really friendly and responsive and offered lots of local recommendations and cycling routes for us. We were also offered shelter for our bikes which we were really grateful for. Overall, we were really impressed with this stay and felt really comfortable staying here. Would absolutely recom

What a fantastic retreat! From the moment we arrived— greeted with a wonderful welcome basket—this camping pod in Macclesfield Forest exceeded all expectations. Although we’re familiar with the area, we were craving a short escape from everyday life, and this spot was just perfect. Waking up to those incredible views across the Cheshire plains was unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more peaceful place to stay—exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy it all over again. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!

Amazing stay at this little retreat! Couldn’t fault it at all - super responsive host couldn’t have done more to help! Super clean, cosy, amazing views - the perfect getaway. Also had a super cute welcome basket - there were many personal touches and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend if you’re considering this place - worth every penny! Thank you so much!

Lovely accommodation and a few beautiful location with lots of great local walks! Highly recommend!

Lovely property, immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. High chair was available on request too! We had a lovely family swim in indoor pool. And playground was sufficient enough for the kids. Caravans are not to close and hardly heard any noise at night. The main thing for us was the location. Great access to the Peak District where my husband and I reminisce our hiking days pre covid lockdown and kids. Went to Carsington Water and Dovedale and it was literally just a few minutes drive away. Towns like Bakewell, Buxton, Matlock, even Chatsworth House and Alton Towers are all around half an hour drive. All in all we had a great stay. Thanks Ruthie.

Anne was lovely, great facilities, hot tub was amazing. 10/10 would definitely go back. Area was quiet. Lidl 3 minute drive away which came in handy and only 25 minutes away from Sheffield city centre

The place was sooo nice, the bed was comfy and the kitchen hadeverything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.

What a fantastic find this was. Such a beautiful setting and exactly as described. The hot tub was a massive hit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything you could possible need was in the lodge and Adele was so helpful and always messaged straight back. A wonderful host and a wonderful place to stay. Will definitely be back.
