Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Connected to water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lowest level, towards the water. The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.

To stuer, en nede med Tv (må ta Apple tv e.l) en stor loftstue oppe med TV (altibox), wifi, Bod til oppbevaring av mat samt smøring av ski.. Ca. 4 km til alpint skisenter og matbutikk. Tursti med gapahuk rett nedenfor hytta. Stor terrasse, sol hele dagen. Plass til to biler rett ved inngang. Husk utvask foretas av leier. Ikke sko inne.

Hytta har: 5 soverom med sengeplass til 10 personer 2 toalett + 1 bad med dusj og badstue. Koselig uteområde med utemøbler og bålpanne Elbillader. 1 sekk vedsekk inkludert, mer ved kan kjøpes på hytta (100,- stk). Strøm inntil 50kr inkludert pr dag. Dere må vaske ut selv (Juli/august).
