Additionally, there is one outdoor storage unit. Large terrace with sun and a great view. Heating: Underfloor heating in all rooms except the bedrooms. Bedding and towels: Must be brought by the tenant. No smoking. Cleaning: The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.

Nice apartment rented out. Modern apartment with waterborne heating in most floors. Nice hiking areas right on the outside of the door, several nice peaks within walking distance from the apartment. The road to Dagsturhytta on the hedge mountain goes right past the house. About 1.5 hours by car from Kristiansand About 1 hour by car to Evje with many attractions.

Small ski in - ski out apartment right near Bortelid ski and alpine center. Nice to sit the terrace and see and hear and follow happy skiers whizzing past the apartment. It is about 15 meters to cross-country skiing tracks. Short distance also to Bortelid grocery store cafe, service center with mini golf course, canoe rental and beach.
