Guest house with two rooms in Timmervik near the sea

We are renting our newly renovated guest house in the scenic Timmervik, which is located in a rural setting about 45 km north of Gothenburg and more than 10 km from Stenungsund. The nearest community is Jörlanda (about 4 km away) and it takes your own car to get to and from the cottage. The cottage has a separate bedroom for two, shower/toilet with washing machine and living room with a fully-equipped kitchen where there is sleeping space for another 1-2 people in the sofa bed. The village's swimming area and boat docks at Hakefjorden are within walking distance (approx. 900 meters).

The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Wonderful cottage with a sunroom that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

New and fresh on 32 square meters with four beds. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Toilet and shower. You are in the "central countryside" surrounded by nice pastures with cows, horses. Just 3 km to the sea and 5 km to the swimming area, docks, kiosk (jun-Aug), boat harbor and the possibility of sea fishing. At the same distance there is a bakery and cafe. At a convenient distance just 19 minutes by car is Marstrand, one of Sweden's most popular tourist destinations. Barely an hour's drive from Landvetter airport.
