Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Exclusive: Historic apartment with vaulted ceiling

The old brewery and wine cellar has been completely redesigned and has its own atrium that can be used exclusively. The room height as well as the more than 200-year-old cellar vault are very special. Nevertheless, the accommodation has the latest building technology. It is very centrally located. The English Garden, the university, restaurants and many shopping facilities are within walking distance. It is located in Schwabing and is thus in the central hub of Munich city life.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
