The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

In the apartment house there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area😂The house has a great location and a very good accessibility.
