The apartment is also a great starting point for excursions of all kinds. Optimal by train or bike, cycling space in front of the house, or basement compartment (2R). Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Walchsee and the Kaisergebirge mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski track, in summer the swimming lake near the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus, which operates as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region in summer, virtually stops at the front door!

My place is close to the mountains, Chiemsee and other smaller lakes. The surrounding area offers leisure activities for athletes, but also exhibitions and museums. The small apartment is located in a 100-year-old courtyard in Bernau am Chiemsee on the 1st floor and has a large living room and bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen with corner table and a bathroom. Please note: the highway is within sight of the farm!
