The attic apartment in our house is about 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our Schweinheim district and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Klosterblick - Vacation home in Seligenstadt

In our Klosterblick apartment, you not only have a unique view of the former Benedictine abbey, the monastery garden and our beautiful Einhardbasilika, you are also only a three-minute walk from our market square and Freihofplatz. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. You will stay in our city apartment. Renovated by my wife. In particular, the kitchen and bathroom are the result of her creativity and craftsmanship. It accommodates two people sleeping together in one bed. The apartment consists of a spacious room with kitchenette, dining table, seating and sofa bed. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area in a few simple steps.
