Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen mit schönen Spazierwegen gleich vor der Haustür und dennoch ist das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Skigebiete Hochzeiger und Hoch Imst sind ca. 25 minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Auch die Area 47 ist in weniger als 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auf Wunsch werden auch ein Reisebett für Kinder bis ca. 1 Jahr und ein Stuhl für den Esstisch für die kleinen Gäste bereit gestellt. Der Check In erfolgt online über einen Link.

Our Apart Tschirgant has a size of about 40 m² and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, especially the Tschirgant, from the balcony. In summer, our guest terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Pitztal. A big plus is the excellent location. Both the bus stop, Pitz Park and the local supplier are within a 2-minute walking distance.

Small apartment in Imst-Sonnberg with a terrace

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.
