The balcony is both under roof and outside and offers a hot tub that can be used for a small fee. Perfect sunny location with morning sun on the front and evening sun on the back by the terrace. In the nearby area, there are both lake and forest, playground, soccer and basketball court (balls are available to borrow) and walking distance to Arvika's finest beach with mini golf course, electric light track and canoe rental.

The apartment is on the second floor and is suitable for families with children, couples and friends on the road. All amenities are available such as Wi-Fi, laundry room, properly equipped kitchen and parking. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed. In the smaller bedroom there is a sofa bed and a foldable extra bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. (Bedding is available to rent and cleaning can be purchased.)

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

The lakes Hugn (sandy beach) and Ränken are 200 meters away. Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."
