We had a great Christmas at the villa. This house is amazing. Very warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay in this house with exceptional services (the house has quality amenities). An owner takes great care of his hosts. The accommodation is close to the port beach, shops and market. Everything is there for a dream vacation.

Very nice and refreshing little cocoon. Very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Quiet. 2 cats too cute and very cuddly:) Very accommodating owners. We highly recommend it!

A wonderful place to take a big family holiday. Lots of space in the house and it had a really unique design and feel that made it comfortable and stylish. The outside space was perfect with multiple seating and dining areas along with a fantastic pool which children and adults all enjoyed thoroughly. It's not often you can please everyone but all our family where seriously impressed. The local area is very local, so off the beaten track for most Brits which made it even more enjoyable. We would all stay again thats for sure.

We spent a wonderful ten day vacation in Manuel’s home. The house was perfect for our needs: very clean, lots of space for our big group, beautiful kitchen and courtyard, great outdoor space (pool and basketball hoop!) and a study with a piano. A delight. We appreciated the location next to the market and a short walk to the beach (15min) as well as its proximity to a free parking area. Quick answers to our questions. Good wifi. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back

Great location and fantastic house

The name “La parenthèse” alone defines our weekend. An enchanting place decorated with taste. Spaces that allow everyone to seclude or get together. Level amenities and amenities. A responsive host without being invasive. If as a bonus, the weather is good, this house is a real gem. I highly recommend it.

We spent a weekend with friends in the house Beluga , it is beautiful and spacious. A relaxing moment with friends. The pool area is nice, the exteriors very well arranged, the inside is very clean and the bedding comfortable. If you are looking for a home where each person has their space to rest but where guests can gather in large spaces to share a meal, then this place is for you. The host is very welcoming and has a lot of activity ideas about the city of Royan I would recommned this property

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

We had a pleasant stay, 4 generations under one roof and everyone felt at ease and comfortable. The grandparents enjoyed the pétanque court, the little one the pool…. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to all amenities, it is at the same time in the middle of meadows in a very quiet place. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a wonderful week with friends with 3 toddlers, Sandrine's house is very beautiful, perfectly maintained, convenient for family and the pool is superb! Who + is the place was very clean with all the comforts you need, Brief to book without hesitation Thank you ☀️

Valentine's place is great! Cozy, super functional, extremely well-equipped! The pool is great, the garden is sunny. We were perfectly hosted and Valentine is a great host, pleasant and available. We had a great stay there with our 2 children (6 months and 4 years old), it was perfect! The house is quiet without being too far from the center, the sea or the shops. Recommended +++++

We had a lovely stay at Laurent and Melanie's. We were able to enjoy the pool, sauna, video projector. The house is very nice and the bedding very comfortable. Laurent made himself very accessible and made it easy for us to access Airbnb.

House impeccable, true to description and photos. A beautiful indoor living space, large comfortable sun terrace and pretty enclosed and wooded garden. Finally, the heated pool allowed us to have a great stay for young and old alike. Very good communication before and during the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Super U or Intermarché 5- 10 minute drive for shopping A great location We will be back! Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for the responsiveness . See you soon
