Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Lovely little home , with all mode cons . Only downside to the stay was not allowed to take the dog on any of the beaches in the area.

Thank you Magalie and Sébastien for your welcome. The Mobil home is perfect, nothing is missing and is close to several sites to discover on the coast. A nice long weekend from Toussaint.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in the accommodation👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to you both 🌞

A well furnished studio, a very nice garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan seafront 15 min leisurely walk. A very good time in a cute and ideally placed accommodation.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a great family stay at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The centre of the village is accessible on foot (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the best places on the island!

A real feast for the eyes, and pure rest. The apartment has an extraordinary view of the ocean, and the beach of Les Faucillons is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, there is absolutely nothing missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities, are just a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is the most relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge very efficient and very professional for check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.

Very nice location, very well equipped and perfectly placed to enjoy the sea and the area. The terrace is lovely! Big plus, the provision of bicycles that allows you to take beautiful walks and use the car less! Elodie is very responsive to make sure the stay goes as smoothly as possible!

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

An excellent stay in a very well-equipped, clean apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea. Just cross the street to enjoy a long walk along the beach. A real pleasure!

This is truly a “hidden gem” of a place. The space is huge — much bigger than the photos suggest! — and wonderfully well equipped. We loved the skate bowl, pool table, and ping pong. The local area also has so much to do (surfing, walking, wine tasting) and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Overall, a terrific place to spend a summer holiday. We already want to come back and visit again!

Very good hospitality from Benoist who is always available throughout the stay The house is lovely perfect for 2 people. The flowery garden is a plus. The environment is very quiet no car in the alley. The environment is very typical of the area, we loved it. We're thinking about coming back, we loved it. I would recommend this house.
