You will find peace and quiet in the countryside setting of our old renovated walls while being a 5-minute walk from the village (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, optician, media library, 10-minute walk from the daily market in summer and 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) outside of this period, and 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches, port and restaurants. Optional: €20 for sheets and towels, cleaning at the end of the stay (€25 w.end). We'll be delighted to welcome you in a friendly atmosphere.

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Quiet, this charming 150m² family villa offers you a beautiful air-conditioned living space of 75m².
