I had a great two-night stay at this place. The host was very welcoming and responsive, and the apartment was as described, clean and very conveniently located. Its location is ideal, close to amenities and main points of interest, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

We had a great time, Patricia is super nice and always attentive. The accommodation is functional and as described, we lacked nothing, moreover, it is very well located, it was a pleasure staying at Patricia's, thank you again!

Allen is an excellent host who gave us a lot of information and tips. He's also super likeable ;-) The location, just a few metres from the breathtaking beach of Soulac, is amazing. You should definitely not miss the market hall in Soulac, which is only 10 minutes away on foot. We can recommend Soulac sur Mer, the accommodation and Allen 100%.

Very nice spacious, well appointed and equipped accommodation. Very quiet and very convenient with direct access to all activities in the city. Parking in the courtyard and being able to connect your vehicle is a real plus. We would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful place to stay, with everything you could possibly need. Totally peaceful, private and spotlessly clean home in a lovely little village. A few great restaurants and both an excellent French deli and boulangerie are just a few mins walk away. Catherine kindly arranged self-check-in for us as our train arrived later than the allocated time and it was incredibly easy. Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very enjoyable weekend, Béatrice and her husband are welcoming, available, attentive, and very responsive if needed. Quiet accommodation in the countryside, rejuvenating place, clean accommodation, in accordance with the description of the listing. A well-maintained pool, in short nothing to complain about at this address, it is recommended.

luxurious haven of peace in the heart of the island of Oléron allowing you to project yourself on the different sites in 15 20 minutes. The house is very well arranged and equipped. The decor is charming. Louise was responsive and flexible. Although nestled in a hamlet, the environment is very quiet. Bike path in the immediate vicinity. We'll be back.

Communication with our hosts went very well! The house is in a good location. Close to essential shops and not only, doctor and bike rental too and at the same time on a quiet street! The house is well equipped and clean. The Jacuzzi is exceptional! Spacious and clean and set in a good spot. Everything was superb to rediscover this island dear to our heart. Don't hesitate!

Very friendly hosts respond super quickly to questions/ messages location for us perfectly in the center of restaurants , market , shops , bakery within walking distance , free parking in the square opposite the house , house very spacious , everything present , very clean and bedrooms cozily furnished , wonderful bedding and enough storage space for clothes , in short recommended !

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. A big thank you for your hospitality, I highly recommend you and I would not hesitate to rent your accommodation again if I had to come back to La Rochelle.
