Beautiful Old Three Floor House Built in 1923 On the ground floor, there is the living-dining room, the kitchen, a small courtyard, a bathroom with a shower, and a powder room. Going up the stairs, on the mezzanine level, you will find the second full bathroom, and on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and air conditioning, as well as a living room with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds. We continue upwards and reach the deck terrace, which features an office area and libraries where you will find an extensive collection of books.

IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day.
