IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Welcome! We offer you a bright family home in a good area, close to everything, with spacious rooms. It has a living room with a balcony overlooking the street, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one for children with toys and books and a single bed (and another smaller bed for children downstairs), and the other bedroom with a single bed is upstairs, accessible by a staircase. It also has a covered patio, and there is a chulengo barbecue.

It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
