It has a living room with a balcony overlooking the street, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one for children with toys and books and a single bed (and another smaller bed for children downstairs), and the other bedroom with a single bed is upstairs, accessible by a staircase. It also has a covered patio, and there is a chulengo barbecue.

On the ground floor it has a equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a table and chairs, and a full bathroom with a separate shower. Upstairs there is a double sofa bed, single bed with option of extra mattress and desk. It has air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Ideal for a comfortable and calm stay.
