We spent 12 days at Catherine's this January 2025. The house was perfect for the 4 of us with all the necessities inside. Well heated house. The place is quiet and access to a large beach by the ocean is a 3-minute walk. The village of Larmor-Plage is very friendly and has all the small shops. If you want a supermarket it will only be a 6-minute drive. We thank Catherine for her contact and responsiveness when needed. We'll keep the address!!

A short stay at the fishermen's house and delighted by this little haven of peace! Everything is great! Stéphane and Nicolas are attentive and very responsive for exchanges! Feel free to come and have a good time!

We had a great time in this charming house, nicely decorated, cozy and particularly bright. In a quiet and charming location, a short walk to the wild coast. Very nice and very well equipped house, which allows you to enjoy even with uncertain weather, (especially the plancha in the summer kitchen). Easy contact with Gildas who is listening and arranging the check-in and check-out methods as best as possible. Great location, beach, shops, children's park within walking distance. Anyway, great stay!

We had a lovely stay with 2 children . The house is located close to the sea but also to the salt marshes, a bakery and a crossroads for shopping (fishmonger and pizza to take away ), swimming pool and tree climbing 15 minutes away. The beds are comfortable , the kitchen is functional, and a plus for the evening flare-up! Nice place!

Christine and her husband gave us a warm welcome during these few days. The accommodation is convenient to access and close to the center and all amenities. We recommend 100%! And will not hesitate to return, especially for the good Breton far prepared by Christine!;)

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

We had a great week in this little piece of heaven. The house is beautiful , very well equipped and the view is splendid. The garden is very charming. The beach accessible from the house is very nice. We were very well hosted by Séverine who is very attentive to her tenants. We strongly recommend!

Beautiful house, and even more beautiful view! The perfect place to connect as a family, cook with all the necessary utensils available, and rest with very comfortable bedding. We were hosted very well by Pierre, who gave us tips on the many walks to take in the area. Recommended without so much as a second thought!

Cécile and Jean-Michel's house is particularly pleasant to live in, very well equipped and welcoming, everything is designed to feel comfortable there. The circular water point in the kitchen is original and surprising, but seduced us by its functionality, an idea to keep in mind!
