Studio de jardin entièrement neuf disposant d'un extérieur (non clos) Dans un quartier calme à 200 mètres des sentiers qui bordent le Golfe du Morbihan. Le GR 34 passe devant ! Nice little house in a residential area, which could be quiet, if all the neighbours had not played with the lawn mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer and others every morning in turn during the 5 days of this weekend... But our host has nothing to do with it and we will say that it is the season that wants it! The house is very well equipped, very clean. The veranda and the garden are a real plus.... (subject to the noise of the machines mentioned above). The parking space is also very appreciable. The welcome by Cachet Immobilier is perfect.
