This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. Swimming pool, bowling and ping pong, trampoline, space for small children in synthetic grass to share. Check-in and checkout can be done independently, the keys are deposited in a box with a code. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the Garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches, and 1 hour from Arles, Avignon and Montpellier). Access to the shared swimming pool with the owners from early May to late September.

It is a large independent studio of 50 m2 with balcony, located on the 1st floor of a villa, which is our main residence. It is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center, but is very quiet as it overlooks a 2500 m2 enclosed garden. Parking on site in a fenced area. Part of the garden (about 300 m2) is reserved for you. Uzès is a very beautiful, pleasant town, located 15 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 40 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the Camargue and the beaches and 1 hour from the Cévennes.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
