The apartment is spacious, measuring 60 m2 and consisting of a living room, kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed. A comfortable sofa bed is also available in the living room to increase the number of guests. An extra single bed can be rented. This unique apartment is ideal for enjoying and relaxing during your vacation. It is located in a quiet area, just 2 minutes from downtown Los Cristianos, the Port of Los Cristianos, and the surrounding beaches. In the area, you'll find several shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the promenade for a relaxing stroll, visiting the various beaches, or going for a workout. The apartment is fully equipped with a SMART TV, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, portable fans, bath and beach towels, and a hairdryer. It has a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can eat, relax, sunbathe, read, and enjoy the views with your partner, family, or friends.
