Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Ariège

We really enjoyed our stay at maison Esmeralda. The room was very nice, clean and bed was super comfortable. Michael was a wonderful host and made sure all our needs were met. If we ever return to the area, we would love to stay again!

I had the pleasure of staying with Corinne, who was very understanding and respectful. She even picked up my belongings from the station while the room was getting ready for the check-in. The house is located on a roadside path, with a great view of Foix, and has two terraces ideal for reading or relaxing. An adorable squirrel kept me company during my stay. The bedroom was bright, clean, and with its own bathroom. Only downside for sensitive sleepers: you can hear the footsteps upstairs. Providing earplugs can be helpful. Corinne was also flexible for check-out, which allowed me to leave my belongings and enjoy a hike. The train station is less than 20 minutes walk away, and a grocery store 15 minutes away. A beautiful place to enjoy a quiet stay while being close to Foix!

Stephan was a great host, friendly but discreet. When I said that I missed having a proper map in front of me, he gave us a book of maps to use while we were there. This really helped us in finding the things we didn't know were in the area. The place was really peaceful and the views from the windows were great. Everything was really clean and having the kitchen, with all the things you needed for cooking, was really helpful. Thank you for being a great host, Stephan, we really enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend your place highly.

Best breakfast of our trip - possibly the best baguette I've ever eaten and it was homemade 💛 You have a very beautiful home and we loved staying and exploring the gardens. Thank you for being so welcoming. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay in South West France with so much to do so close by.

There are stays we'll remember! Caroline and Karim's house will be part of it thanks to their warm welcome and the beauty of the place. The pool is divine and the rooms are lovely... Great stay with Laure and Florent who welcomed us with great generosity. The place is first of all beautiful and well located near St Girons, a meeting point of several valleys. The room was very comfortable and Laure and Florent feasted us with dinners prepared by them with products from their garden. They advised us every day on hikes to do or things to see. They are committed to sharing and getting to know their beautiful region and are concerned that all this is going well. For sure, we'll come back to see them during a future stay in Ariège.

Anne is an exceptional host who knows how to take care of her guests. We really enjoyed our stay at her house. Meals are real moments of sharing and fun. We didn't have time to visit the surrounding area, too bad but we highly recommend stopping by 👌🏼

Really enjoyed our stay at Hélène's place. We were visiting friends in a nearby village & had a hire car to get around. It's a fairly rural area which we loved. The gardens are fabulous & Hélène & her husband were lovely & so helpful.

Pleasant night at Tabitha's. A change of scenery and rest assured in this little haven of peace. The house was under construction but the room was nickel. Tabitha was very attentive and kindly offered to eat, it was very appreciated. Little cats are too cute =) (dogs too!) As a bonus, the small pool (the orca is nice, don't worry) Thanks Tabitha, I would recommend.

If we could, we would give 6 stars. Olivier & Pierre are such kind and caring hosts. They do all they can to make you feel at home in their beautiful villa. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. You can do everything that makes a holiday great, like taking a plunge in the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi or visiting lovely Mirepoix. We can also recommend the table d’hotes, Olivier is a great cook!

Claire was very accommodating and allowed us to enter the accommodation much earlier than expected. A beautiful person with whom we had real exchanges. More than just an 'Airbnb', a real guest room.

This is an amazing place! Adam and Phill are the friendliest, most proactive, flexible and helpful hosts. The room was super comfortable, with a good bed, comfortable modern bathroom and a lovely view. The house is super nice with pleasant common areas to relax. They also provide coffee, tea and fruits for you to enjoy while reading some of the many books available. The garden is fantastic to relax in complete nature and with a beautiful orchard. Loved the « Laz y spa » to cool down and chill! If that’s not enough, there’s a beautiful natural pool for a fresh swim, within 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is divine with fruits, viennoiseries, bread, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. The « table d’hôte » dinner was fantastic, with garden vegetables, plenty of wine and an amazing conversation with Adam and Phill. It was a super relaxing stay and I’d love to visit again soon!
