Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

I fell in love with this little piece of heaven. Magical in winter with the snow covering the cottage, but also in summer. I wanted to offer my guests a more modern atmosphere while preserving the vintage and "natural" aspect of the mountain. You'll feel right at home very quickly. The snow in winter can be intense, but the cottage remains easily accessible (car equipment for snow, mandatory in winter: tire socks/chains/or snow tires🛞)

In this regard, I would greatly appreciate it if we stopped confusing "old tiles and dirty tiles" and also, since there is a very nice cutting board, to use the trivet that I also made by hand and that does not deserve such harsh treatment, THANK YOU.

"Los de qui cau" gite + private HOT TUB

"Los de qui cau" is located in a small hamlet in the heart of the Ariège forest, in Barguillère at 900 m altitude. It's a stone house dating back to 1899. It has just been completely renovated. Recently, we installed an outdoor spa under shelter facing the forest. Warning for young children (pool, miller's ladder, Jacuzzi)
