Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

We ended up in an oasis of peace. A conscious choice we made. Small but nice, equipped with all the basic amenities. As a base for visits to Florence (from the village by train) and Bologna this was perfect. The beautiful sunsets remain forever etched on our retinas.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the place.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! Marianna's apartment is easily accessible and convenient to get to the city center on foot. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Ivan was an amazing host. Had everything we needed for the night stay. 3 rooms for my clan of 7. kitchen was cramped but the bedrooms were nice. the bathrooms were a little cramped as well but we made do. everyone had plenty of space. he even had coffee tea and treats for the kids!!! the showers even had shampoo conditioner and soap!!! when we're back in Venice we will be staying again! the kids didn't want to leave and head to Florence.

If Diana Vreeland lived in Venice… Super classy apartment in a dreamy quiet courtyard. Giovanna met us at the vaperato stop and guided us to her sweet flat. Along the way she pointed out how to easily get around and talked about how things worked in her lovely home. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Letizia’s apartment was perfect. Tucked away in a quiet spot but minutes away from transport and tourist spots. It was tastefully decorated and well thought out with a well equipped kitchen. The tiny terrace was perfect for sitting out and watching the swallows fly past in the evening. The bed was large and comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. Would definitely recommend and we may well return.

Silvia’s place was an oasis of peace and relaxation for our week in Ferrara. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The garden is SO beautiful. Perfect for having a bit of wine or a nice breakfast. Having the bikes were a PLUS, we were able to explore the city with them effortlessly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and Silvia has a great espresso machine, doesn’t make you miss coffee outside the house. Absolutely a great experience. Silvia is an amazing host! Tutto ottimo! ✨💛

Super apartment, perfectly prepared and well equipped. The small terrace is a real little "hideaway"! Location in Ferrara absolutely top, everything within walking distance - or with the bikes provided, the number 1 means of transport in Ferrara. Nevertheless, it is quiet in a small side street. Ferrara is absolutely recommended, really Italian, not very touristy. Absolutely relaxed.

Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

This house is very comfortable, clean and beautiful, spacious, great for many people to relax and travel.The house is fully equipped, from kitchen utensils to daily necessities, and is very convenient to stay in.The owner is also very kind and enthusiastic, not only proactively contacting to confirm the check-in details, but also thoughtfully recommending many fun and delicious places, making our trip more enriching.Overall, the accommodation experience is great, highly recommended! The backyard is so cute!There is a private parking lot!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time
