The apartment is located directly on the bike path, from where you can start numerous tours.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Discover our cozy vacation home in the climatic health resort of Argenbühl, a picturesque municipality in the Württemberg Allgäu. The vacation home is located in a traditional country house with only two residential units and was newly opened in the fall of 2023. A large garden invites you to relax and play. Enjoy the view of the idyllic Argen, a natural river right next to your accommodation or even dare to take a swim on the freely accessible shore. Absolutely! Look forward to seeing you!

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

This unique place has a style all its own. The alpine dairy was built around 1900 and was used as an alpine dairy until 1966. The apartment with private entrance is on the first floor of the house with many historical elements and mountain views. It has a large living-dining area with a wood-burning stove and a spacious kitchen. An extensive corridor leads to the bedrooms. Right next to it is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet.

The small app. "Argen" is our smallest, but it doesn't need to hide. It has everything you need to feel good, even a dishwasher. Since the bed has a width of 120 cm, it is designed for one person. However, there would also be room for another person on the pull-out sofa bed. It is especially nice that you enter the apartment directly from our small courtyard, where you can also enjoy the sun.
