Discover our cozy vacation home in the climatic health resort of Argenbühl, a picturesque municipality in the Württemberg Allgäu. The vacation home is located in a traditional country house with only two residential units and was newly opened in the fall of 2023. A large garden invites you to relax and play. Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Family-friendly property in a secluded location. Good place to relax and recharge. Your beloved pet is also welcome. In the large double bed and the two single beds you can sleep wonderfully. If required, a children's travel bed can be provided. The cozy house has a total size of 80 square meters, with the tiled stove being the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the terrace, the beautiful meadow and Alpine views invite you to linger.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

This unique place has a style all its own. The alpine dairy was built around 1900 and was used as an alpine dairy until 1966. The apartment with private entrance is on the first floor of the house with many historical elements and mountain views. It has a large living-dining area with a wood-burning stove and a spacious kitchen. An extensive corridor leads to the bedrooms. Right next to it is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet.
