Discover our cozy vacation home in the climatic health resort of Argenbühl, a picturesque municipality in the Württemberg Allgäu. The vacation home is located in a traditional country house with only two residential units and was newly opened in the fall of 2023. A large garden invites you to relax and play. Enjoy the view of the idyllic Argen, a natural river right next to your accommodation or even dare to take a swim on the freely accessible shore. Absolutely! Look forward to seeing you!

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The entire upper floor is exclusively at your disposal, with fantastic panoramic views of the mountains as well as the Allgäu meadows and forests. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The 180 m² sun oasis offers space for the whole family or a group of friends with three bedrooms (each with a 180 cm wide double bed & the option of an extra bed). The 60 m² living room can be equipped with an extra bed. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub ensure maximum comfort. Enjoy the fantastic view from the balcony of the bedroom or from the spacious terrace of the living room. The sun oasis promises an exclusive atmosphere!

Schönenberg im Allgäu vacation home

A renovated farmhouse in the Westallgäu invites you to linger. Family-friendly, spacious and in a quiet area, 4 to 6 guests (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 cot and an optional sofa bed for 2 people) will find a cosy home with us. Wangen im Allgäu is 5 km away, and Lake Constance or the Alps can be reached in 30–45 minutes. An entrance area provides space for e-bikes and prams.

Apartment Mondholzliebe DG

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, which was built in 2023. The special thing about our place is the solid wood construction (moon wood) by Thoma, which is 100% glue-free. We deliberately do without Wi-Fi and thus offer a quiet and relaxing living atmosphere. However, the property has a fiber optic connection via LAN and a Netflix account.

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. The former, almost 200-year-old sawmill is surrounded by nature reserves and borders directly on a stream. A private source supplies the property with excellent drinking water. In addition to the charm of an old, cozy house, the property has plenty of space and room for privacy.
