L’appartamento è fantastico, perfetto per una coppia, fornito per tutte le esigenze. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, in quanto si trova nel cuore del centro di Firenze. Virginia è stata presente fin da subito, dandoci istruzioni e restando disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione questo alloggio per un prossimo viaggio sempre a Firenze! 🥰

Great location. Amazing apartment, well finished and designed, extremely spacious and they provided great amenities. It was a wonderful experience and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when I go back to Florence.

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e pulitissimo. La terrazza enorme offre la possibilità di godersi tempo in relax sia per adulti che per bambini durante la bella stagione. L’area giochi nell’area condivisa ha permesso ai nostri bambini di vivere un magico soggiorno ricco di divertimento. Chiara e Tommaso sono stati gentilissimi ed ospitali. Torneremo sicuramente

We stayed at Tiago’s place on a trip to Florence that was for both work and pleasure. The apartment was just as pictured and had everything we needed (including fast internet for telework!). From the moment we arrived, Tiago was friendly and communicative. The location is great - peaceful and calm but also a quick walk or bus ride to the city center. We arrived with our car and appreciated that there was plenty of free street parking right in front of the apartment. Highly recommend you stay with Tiago when you’re in Florence (don’t forget to try his ice cream at the shop next door - it’s great!). We hope to return again the next time we’re in Florence. Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and well organized, suitable for longer and shorter stays for 4 people. It is situated in a silent and pleasant neighborhood, within a short walking distance from the famous museums, churches and bridges of Firenze and with easy access to cafees, restaurants, markets and shops. Giuseppe was ready to give advice about every subject we asked about. The communication with him was immidiate, excellent, informative, warm and very welcoming from the day of reservation and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento si trova in centro a Perugia, in una zona molto carina e comoda per visitare la città a piedi. E' arredato con grande gusto, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. L'host è stato eccezionale: sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili e suggerimenti sui ristoranti in zona. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere Perugia nel migliore dei modi.

We had a great time in Florence, and everything was very walkable from Andrea's place. It also had a beautiful balcony with lots of natural light. Andrea was very helpful, showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area and places to eat. The pizza place he recommended was amazing!! Thanks again!

Ilaria fue una súper anfitriona Nos dejó el dpto súper completo No faltaba nada! Desde la cocina, ropa de cama, sábanas y cosas básicas de cocina y baño (jabón, crema, shampoo, condimentos, cápsulas de café, jabón de lavado, etc) El dpto era cómodo, tranquilo y silencioso. Ilaria siempre respondió y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones! Súper completo todo

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Avec ma compagne nous avons passé 5 jours dans la maison de Simone, la maison était très bien équipée, propre et en bon état. Nous sommes arrivés en voiture et avons pu utiliser la place de parking de la maison. La maison est un peu en retrait du centre de Florence mais le tramway et les bus à proximité permettent de circuler facilement partout où on le souhaite. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de notre voiture du séjour. Les nuits sont calmes et reposante et le jardin ensoleillé du matin permet de profiter d'un petit déjeuner ensoleillé. Merci à Simone qui fut un hôte exemplaire d'hospitalité et de sympathie.

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Alloggio pulito ed ordinato immerso nel silenzio e nella natura. Emanuele precisissimo e super gentile. Anche i nostri cani hanno apprezzato tanto, sono stati liberi di giocare e sicuri nel bel giardino recintato della casa. Da ripetere!

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Villa FAVOLOSA! Completa di tutti i comfort possibili. Non manca nulla, anzi! Accoglienza dalla host Chiara top! Gentilissima e super disponibile ad ogni richiesta. E’ stato un piacere soggiornarci! Super consigliata! Grazie di tutto Chiara e alla prossima! ☺️

Letizia and Virginia were absolutely great! The place is much bigger than we expected. Letizia takes great care of the garden and was prompt to respond. Virginia gave us great tips of places to visit. Would definitely recommend.
