what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

A stunning agriturismo! The agriturismo is even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. The pool was a fantastic bonus during the summer, offering both sun and shade in the afternoons, perfect for relaxing with the kids. It’s an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region of Tuscany. Pietro and his family were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Paola’s place was a wonderful, cool safe haven in the busy city. Fantastic AC for the heat, comfortable, homey, with incredible views from the balcony. Paola was responsive and flexible when it took a long time for us to drop off our rental car, and provided some great local recommendations. Easy walking to the city center and tourist sights. We had a great stay!

An amazing week of rest. The property and garden are beautiful and everything is complemented by a super pool that has just the temperature of the water for steam summer - it will refresh. It's big enough even if there are more people staying. The apartment was air conditioned, clean and very spacious. Valentina was great! She gave us absolutely everything. She recommended where to get to and what to do - taxis, trips, shopping, etc. There is a very strong internet connection, which our sons appreciated. But it was also great for me to be able to work from the garden :-). The city of Perugia is very nice and I didn't expect it at all to have such a beautiful historic center - just most restaurants open there quite late, so if you want to have lunch in the city, then the choice is limited. It's been a great week - I recommend it to everyone.

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

very nice spacious and bright apartment with a nice shaded terrace. The accommodation is less than 10 minutes' drive away or you can find paid parking, but at a reasonable cost, at the entrances to the historic city. Gabriel welcomed us with great kindness to the apartment. Thank you very much for contributing positively to our stay in Perugia. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

The apartment is very spacious, new and beautiful. It has the advertised amenities. It is 300 meters from Piazza San Marco, where you have the means of transport to get around: how to get from the station or go to Piazzale Michelangelo. It's very easy to walk from there to the tourist spots.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Another fantastic stay! Kosmas is an amazing host - super friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here twice already and I'm planning to come back for a third time. The apartment's location is great, and I loved exploring the area every day. You get to see a different side of Perugia beyond the tourist spots. There are some great bars and restaurants on the way to the city center, perfect for evenings. The apartment is perfectly set up with everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plus, there's a cute little garden for your morning coffee. Everything you need is just around the corner - a supermarket, a bar for cappuccino and cornetti, and even free parking in a nearby underground garage. Highly recommend this place! We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

It was a simply fantastic week, a beautiful place, an oasis to relax and have fun in nature, but the real added value is Paolo, who is always ready and available to give useful advice on what to see in the area and has a constant eye of friendly regard for his guests

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.

The apartment locates in a beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees, flowers. A very relaxing environment, with a gym and a swimming pool. 6 minutes drive to the nearest town where you will find lots of nice cafes, restaurants and lake side views. Definitely would love to come back.

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail – a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.
