LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and Montseny Biosphere Reserve. A time for disconnection, where everything is designed to have a certain idea of an ideal vacation: enjoy a space surrounded by fields, oak forests and dirt roads to walk around. Perfect quiet place to relax or/and work. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre totally renovated with swimming pool in summer. There are walks to do from the house, and the sea is not far away. This chalet is on the other side of a hill, far from any pollution. The stations of San Celoni and Llinars are less than 10 minutes by car, just like the highway. Very free good Wifi connection. Spacious parking. Pets allowed
