Holiday rentals with a patio in Arcola

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the stunning Golfo Dei Poeti made this the perfect base for our stay in Lerici. It is a very short walk from the picturesque hilltop village of La Serra and within easy walking distance of Lerici town and local beaches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Lola is extremely friendly and helpful and a great communicator. I would be very happy to come back.

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Great place, superb location, beautiful view from the balcony, close to the marina. To get to the apartment, you must use stairs in the following order: 22 up, 6 down, 20 down, & 6 down. Be cognizant of that if you’re traveling with luggage. However, the place is worth every step. Giuseppina met us at the train station & walked with us to the apartment. Upon arrival, she showed us the place & explained the amenities. There are two small refrigerators, one on each floor. There were cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks & a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless. It’s a very beautiful place and we would highly recommend it.

This is a very clean, well situated apartment with a wonderful view. It’s located just next to the elevator for the Riomaggiore train station, and the host offers wonderful dinner suggestions in the neighborhood. It’s a fairly small apartment, but it has everything you might need as a couple.

Amazing place to explore the Cinque Terre. All is exactly as described. It is really a luxury life here with the magnificent view from the terrass, the jacuzzi etc. All is super calm, the bed is very comfortable so I really appreciate my stay here. On top of that. Sandro was very nice with me as he picks me up at the station and helps me with the luggage. Very friendly host. Highly recommended place!!!

Lorenzo's father and Lorenzo communicated with our driver. They met us at an agreed upon location. Lorenzo carried our luggage up all the steps to the apartment. I could not believe how he hoisted my suitcase up on his shoulder and carried the other effortlessly . He also carried our luggage down on our way home. He provided great recommendations for a restaurant on the way up and we ate there twice! It was worth it. The view was fabulous. We were friends and we each had our own room and bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking the ocean and church. The church bells created a wonderful atmosphere. Coffee provided was amazing and water provided was plentiful. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No need to leave it on while away as it cools off quickly once you return. Extremely clean outstanding host and accommodations. Would very strongly recommend. Every step of the climb is worth the serenity.

Franco and Elisabetta's place was great! The instructions to find the place were very good as it can be confusing to locate around Riomaggiore. I especially appreciated that the place was accessible with a code so that I didn't have to worry about bringing a key around. The kitchen was well stocked and the terrace was a nice bonus. Highly recommended to stay here!

Wow - it was really so beautiful! I also recommended the beautiful accommodation directly to my friends. We were even allowed to arrive earlier and were warmly welcomed. We were in Italy in June and the stone walls made it pleasantly cool in the bedroom. It was as typically Italian as you can imagine. Everything is very clean. The garden and the complex are super well maintained. Huge lemon trees, olive trees, flowers - everything is very harmonious and exudes its Italian flair. The pool and views are truly a dream! The location is perfect for excursions to Pisa or Cinque Terre. We were even invited to dinner and that was really an experience. The neighbours and Eugenio and family are very nice. It was incredibly delicious. Perhaps interesting: in the village there is a supermarket (about 10 min drive) and a bakery. Walking the dog directly at the accommodation is a bit difficult, as there is only the steep street. It was perfect for us - thank you ❤️

Anna was an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a success even though it was only a 1 night stay. She was so kind as to also organise a collection to her place and then drive us to the station herself the very next day. The accommodation was beautiful and extremely tasteful in its styling and appearance in every way. In addition it was also remarkably clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

The accommodation is a small detached cottage in the middle of the vineyards, which is completely at your disposal. The area is away from the hustle and bustle and yet well located for a visit to the Cinque Terre (by bus you only need a few minutes to Riomaggiore). Right on the doorstep, there are some great hiking opportunities (e.g. to Biassa or Porto Venere). The personal reception by Eleonora and Emilia was great. They even reserved us a place in the nearby car park (due to the holiday, there was more going on). We enjoyed the stay to the fullest.

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended us very good restaurants and even booked them for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We felt super comfortable and would also recommend the accommodation. Thumbs up, thank you Michele 👌🏼🥂

great experience! wonderful host. the house is equipped with all one needs. I like the possibility to spend the day on the beach and sleep at a higher altitude in the night where I find quite place and cooler temperature. i didn't mind the 25min drive to Lerici. for family and kids must be great. there is a laundry...kitchen etc

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, with attention to every detail and very clean. The location is really top, convenient for everything. Omar was very kind and super helpful from the first contact, he made us feel really welcome. Everything was perfect: we couldn't have asked for more. We came to see Cinque Terre for 3 days and loved staying in Anne and Francesco's place. It was super clean and fresh and beautifully appointed. Anne happened to meet us when we arrived and helped us tie up some loose ends with suggestions in our planning for the following 3 days. There is also a comprehensive personal guidebook in the condo. We loved the neighborhood which was so peaceful and the proximity to the waterfront, main promenade and eateries was perfect. Highly recommend staying in this lovely and tasteful property to enjoy the beauty of Cinque Terre.

We had a very good stay in this apartment. Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Walkable to Pisa centre, station, buses and airport. Very clean as well and a helpful host. We would come back!

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

I loved the house, very comfortable and clean. Daniele was very attentive, responded quickly to messages and gave us several tips for visits. We went by car, we parked in front of the house, everything went very well.

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

We loved Daniela’s place in the little town of Le Grazie so we came back for the second time. Super property & super host! Daniela and her family are the best. The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. Ample supplies throughout to make us feel right at home. The town is darn cute and lively. Easy to get to La Spezia and Porto Venere. Weekly visitor parking was a breeze!

The hosts' accommodation is in a great location (even more so considering the proximity to the tunnel to reach the car park). The terrace is very nice and functional, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (with bonuses such as pallets, buckets, food containers, etc.) Compared to the photos, especially if you open the sofa bed in the living room, the apartment looks a little smaller, but this does not ruin the experience. The hosts were active and friendly, we recommend the accommodation for 4, maximum 5 people. Thanks to hosts!
