Holiday rentals with a patio in Arcola

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the stunning Golfo Dei Poeti made this the perfect base for our stay in Lerici. It is a very short walk from the picturesque hilltop village of La Serra and within easy walking distance of Lerici town and local beaches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Lola is extremely friendly and helpful and a great communicator. I would be very happy to come back.

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Great place, superb location, beautiful view from the balcony, close to the marina. To get to the apartment, you must use stairs in the following order: 22 up, 6 down, 20 down, & 6 down. Be cognizant of that if you’re traveling with luggage. However, the place is worth every step. Giuseppina met us at the train station & walked with us to the apartment. Upon arrival, she showed us the place & explained the amenities. There are two small refrigerators, one on each floor. There were cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks & a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless. It’s a very beautiful place and we would highly recommend it.

This is a very clean, well situated apartment with a wonderful view. It’s located just next to the elevator for the Riomaggiore train station, and the host offers wonderful dinner suggestions in the neighborhood. It’s a fairly small apartment, but it has everything you might need as a couple.

Amazing place to explore the Cinque Terre. All is exactly as described. It is really a luxury life here with the magnificent view from the terrass, the jacuzzi etc. All is super calm, the bed is very comfortable so I really appreciate my stay here. On top of that. Sandro was very nice with me as he picks me up at the station and helps me with the luggage. Very friendly host. Highly recommended place!!!

Lorenzo's father and Lorenzo communicated with our driver. They met us at an agreed upon location. Lorenzo carried our luggage up all the steps to the apartment. I could not believe how he hoisted my suitcase up on his shoulder and carried the other effortlessly . He also carried our luggage down on our way home. He provided great recommendations for a restaurant on the way up and we ate there twice! It was worth it. The view was fabulous. We were friends and we each had our own room and bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking the ocean and church. The church bells created a wonderful atmosphere. Coffee provided was amazing and water provided was plentiful. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No need to leave it on while away as it cools off quickly once you return. Extremely clean outstanding host and accommodations. Would very strongly recommend. Every step of the climb is worth the serenity.

Franco and Elisabetta's place was great! The instructions to find the place were very good as it can be confusing to locate around Riomaggiore. I especially appreciated that the place was accessible with a code so that I didn't have to worry about bringing a key around. The kitchen was well stocked and the terrace was a nice bonus. Highly recommended to stay here!

Wow- es war wirklich so so schön! Ich habe die schöne Unterkunft auch direkt meinen Freunden empfohlen. Wir durften sogar früher anreisen und wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir waren im Juni in Italien und durch das steinige Gemäuer war es angenehm kühl im Schlafzimmer. Es war so typisch Italien- wie man es sich vorstellt. Alles sehr sauber. Der Garten und die Anlage sind super gepflegt. Riesige Zitronenbäume, Olivenbäume, Blumen- alles sehr stimmig und versprüht seinen italienischen Flair. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind wirklich ein Traum! Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pisa oder Cinque Terre. Wir wurden sogar zum Abendessen eingeladen und das war wirklich ein Erlebnis. Die Nachbarn und Eugenio und Familie sind sehr nett. Es war unglaublich lecker. Vielleicht interessant: im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt (ca 10min Fahrt) und eine Bäckerei. Direkt an der Unterkunft ist das Gassi gehen etwas schwierig, da es nur die steile Straße gibt. Es war für uns perfekt- danke ❤️

Anna was an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a success even though it was only a 1 night stay. She was so kind as to also organise a collection to her place and then drive us to the station herself the very next day. The accommodation was beautiful and extremely tasteful in its styling and appearance in every way. In addition it was also remarkably clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser geschmackvoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wirklich makellose Sauberkeit! Gabriele ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber! Er versüßte uns den Aufenthalt mit kleinen aber feinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Marmelade, Tee, Duschgel, ein schöner Blumenstrauß) und vergewisserte sich mehrmals proaktiv, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein kleines freistehendes Häuschen mitten in den Weinbergen, welches einem vollständig zur Verfügung steht. Die Gegend ist Abseits des Trubels und dennoch gut gelegen für einen Besuch in der Cinque Terre (mit dem Bus benötigt man nur wenige Minuten nach Riomaggiore). Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einige tolle Wandermöglichkeiten (z.B. nach Biassa oder Porto Venere). Der persönliche Empfang durch Eleonora und Emilia war großartig. Sie reservierten uns sogar einen Platz am nahegelegenen Parkplatz (aufgrund des Feiertages war mehr los). Wir genossen den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen.

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

great experience! wonderful host. the house is equipped with all one needs. I like the possibility to spend the day on the beach and sleep at a higher altitude in the night where I find quite place and cooler temperature. i didn't mind the 25min drive to Lerici. for family and kids must be great. there is a laundry...kitchen etc

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno! La casa è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e pulitissima. La posizione è davvero top, comoda per tutto. Omar è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile fin dal primo contatto, ci ha fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Tutto è stato perfetto: non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Se avremo occasione, torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo senza dubbio ad amici e parenti. Grazie di tutto!

We came to see Cinque Terre for 3 days and loved staying in Anne and Francesco's place. It was super clean and fresh and beautifully appointed. Anne happened to meet us when we arrived and helped us tie up some loose ends with suggestions in our planning for the following 3 days. There is also a comprehensive personal guidebook in the condo. We loved the neighborhood which was so peaceful and the proximity to the waterfront, main promenade and eateries was perfect. Highly recommend staying in this lovely and tasteful property to enjoy the beauty of Cinque Terre.

We had a very good stay in this apartment. Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Walkable to Pisa centre, station, buses and airport. Very clean as well and a helpful host. We would come back!

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

J'ai adoré la maison, très confortable et propre. Daniele était très attentionné, répondait rapidement aux messages et nous a donné plusieurs conseils pour les visites. Nous sommes allés en voiture, nous nous sommes garés devant la maison, tout s'est très bien passé.

Logement idéalement placé pour profiter des cinque terre depuis la gare de Spezia Centrale. En bonus' une terrasse pour prendre l'apéro le soir !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Matteo. Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Italie: nous avons eu une arrivée tardive (21h30) et c'est la mère et le père de Matteo qui nous ont fait visiter le logement en nous expliquant comment tout fonctionnait. Mieux encore : nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous faire notre premier souper et petit-déjeuné. C'était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour. C'est également très près de tout, environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare, des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un petit pépin et Matteo a appeler sa mère qui est arrivée en moins de 5 minutes. WoW, ça c'est du service :)! Voici une liste rapide de nos impressions. Pros : - Accueil incroyable +++ - Air climatisée dans tout le logement - Cuisine très fonctionnelle - Très spacieux - Accessible partout à la marche Cons : - la porte de la douche devra peut-être être réparée. C'est le Airbnb qui nous fait réellement sentir "home away from home"! Merci ++++

Leiligheten var både ren, godt utstyrt og med god lydisolasjon. Den er romslig, og det var veldig deilig med balkong på både forsiden og baksiden. Vi hadde en helt fantastisk ferie, og det var mye på grunn av anbefalinger, hjelp og tips fra Daniela og familien. Le Grazie er en nydelig landsby med hyggelige folk, gåavstand til alt man kan trenge, og med en deilig stein-strand rett utenfor døren. Kan sterkt anbefale leiligheten!

L’alloggio degli host è in ottima posizione (ancor più tenendo conto della vicinanza al tunnel per raggiungere il parcheggio). La terrazza è molto bella e funzionale, la cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che serve (con bonus come palette, secchielli, contenitori per il cibo, ecc.) Rispetto alle foto, sopratutto se si apre il divano letto in sala, l’appartamento appare un po’ più piccolo, ma questo non rovina l’esperienza. Gli host sono stati attivi e cordiali, consigliamo l’alloggio ad un numero di persone pari a 4, massimo 5. Grazie agli host!
