Met every expectation. The apartment is small but has everything needed for an enjoyable experience, except a full length mirror. It’s on a quiet street but so close to great public transportation. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shops and a gym!

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

The accommodation is very well located, close to subway station (A 10 minute walk) is very close to the royal palace of Madrid. The complete apartment has all the items to make a breakfast and prepare small meals. The host left us coffee , sugar and tea capsules at our disposal. I recommend this place to everyone.

Welcoming and accommodating host. Clean, well-equipped accommodation, convenient and pleasant environment, good location 2 steps from the metro. We had a pleasant stay at Willem's and will be happy to come back.

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

Very good welcome from Carlos who also gives good advice on things to do, see and restaurants. The apartment is great, very well located in the city centre, very quiet and yet in a very lively neighbourhood. Almost everything can be done on foot from the apartment. Nice little touches complete the whole: drinks, tea, coffee, cakes... Carlos is also more accommodating for the departure schedule and the possible custody of the suitcases if he can. Madrid is a beautiful city, it was a perfect stay.

We had a tremendously pleasant stay at Carmelo's! The apartment has a good location. You are in a quiet street, but if you walk 2 minutes, you are already on the Gran Via. It is equipped with air conditioning, which is pleasant with the warm temperatures. For the rest, everything is provided, from cutlery and plates to shower products. The contact with Carmelo went smoothly and he explained perfectly how to get to the apartment from the airport. He waited for us at the apartment and explained everything we wanted to know. Throughout our stay, he was also available. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

Tania’s apartment in Madrid was amazingly located close to everything you need. Walkable to the metro and lots of cool shops and restaurants. It’s a perfect little space for two people, and the washer was especially helpful for a week long stay. Tania’s communication was very fast and easy. Would recommend!

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 metres from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decor are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the time of arrival. It is very appreciable, we highly recommend it.
