Tropical style, with a 180 degree view of the sea, this house is placed on a cliff, inside the Costa del Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. It also allows animals and smokers, we have air conditioning, kitchen with all cooking utensils and stove, refrigerator and TV. there is space to store the car. Easy access to the city. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. Excellent 3 bedroom house, pool, gourmet area.

You are welcome to my house which offers all my guests 3 bedrooms, one big Master suite with bathtube and tv, ar conditioner, closet, 2 extra bedrooms total of nine beds, 1 bedroom with Air conditioner. A comfortable dining room, it has a big 6 chairs table, 3 sofas, 60' TV. A kitchen equiped with all for your comfort. A big Garden ,pool,gourmet area, laundry, parking área, all you need to relax and enjoy good days in a houve very close to the beach and City markets.
