Tropical style, with a 180 degree view of the sea, this house is placed on a cliff, inside the Costa del Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. It also allows animals and smokers, we have air conditioning, kitchen with all cooking utensils and stove, refrigerator and TV. there is space to store the car. Easy access to the city. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

The house is 300 meters from Praia Linda, in São Pedro d'Aldeia. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe, with a neighborhood composed of residents. 200 meters from the property, guests have access to a small shopping center with: pharmacy, ATM, mini-market, bakery, fitness center, general articles, bars and restaurants. Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
