Tropical style, with a 180 degree view of the sea, this house is placed on a cliff, inside the Costa del Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. It is located in the Pontal do Atalaia overlooking the Praia Brava, Praia dos Anjos, Praia Grande and Cape Frio. It is located high on the mountain - a privileged place. See photos! These are the main activities that you can find here: Scuba diving: you'll be in touch with the nature of Arraial do Cabo. Scuba divers delight themselves with what they find there. It's really an incredible experience. Boat trip: you go around the beautiful beaches from Arraial do Cabo, Pontal do Atalaia (Prainhas) and Ilha do Farol, Gruta Azul (blue Grotto) which is 15-meter high and blue reflex of the water on the walls gives the name of the Grotto.
