Well, I'm not much for evaluating, but Mrs. Noêmia is an incredible person. I've never rented a place like this where I felt at home. A person who arranges a place as if it were for her to stay there impeccably, feeling completely at home, with all the things in the apartment so that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Cold water, clean filter, impeccable house. I can only say thank you very much Mrs. Noêmia for the accommodation and say that without a doubt I will rent it again.

Since the Beginning Rogério helped in the whole process, super helpful, responds very quickly, gave us great tips on what to do in the city and we did all that he guided us, a very quiet and familiar place and easy access to everything, the apartment is great very cozy and has everything you need and is identical to the advertised. We will definitely be back in the next opportunity.
