It was wonderful stay and great view .

Accomodation corresponded to our expectations from the photos and the description. Even though we arrived late at night (2 a.m.) and had troubles finding the building in the handful of skyscrapers in Dubai, the communication with the owner and his assistant was prompt and helpful. The biggest advantages were very comfortable beds and the possibility to relax in the jacuzzi after a tiring day. We also loved the access in the apartment straight from the parking lot by private lift. It made life so much easier. Not to forget the perfect cleanness of the apartment. Our family had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

Overall the stay was amazing! The hosts are extremely responsive all the time (literally even at 2am in the night). The place was clean, amenities were great, lots of restaurants available nearby to order food, right at the heart of downtown with a great Burj Khalifa view from the balcony. All our requests were catered to, by the hosts and all the furniture, beds, pillows, washrooms well maintained and clean. Just one thing, if you are going to be using the extra bed (foldable) provided, it’s a bit difficult to set up and is not the most comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is ideal with enough and bed space for 7 people. Everything else was fabulous and no complaints at all!

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The location made everything easily accessible, and it really felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The host was kind, responsive, and very professional. I’d also like to give a special mention to Daniel, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Their flexibility and generosity, especially in allowing me a few extra hours beyond check-out time, were deeply appreciated and made a big difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay. I would definitely come back again!

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

Yash's Airbnb truly delivered on comfort and hospitality! It was a wonderfully nice and cozy space that genuinely made us feel at home. The location was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants around rather Yash recommended few before our arrival only .We were particularly impressed by the warmth of the host, who was incredibly friendly and the caretaker who was simply amazing and always ready to lend a helping hand. A five star experience at this amazing villa. I’ve stayed at over 10 different properties in Sifa and this is by far the best place I have stayed at. Everything was perfect from A-Z!! The place was spotless, super cozy, and exactly like the photos (if not better). The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive as well, responding to any requests or inquiries we had during our stay at the property. Will definitely be coming back to this place soon.

Sanjana's place is very spacious, clean and extremely organized. Check in is very smooth and the place is located in a very peaceful locality. If you're looking to relax and have a huge, comfortable space all to yourself, go for it! Perfect for a big group.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

The view and the food were the highlights of the weekend. It was a truly delightful place to unwind and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. The soothing chirping of birds and the gentle rustling of the wind created a mesmerizing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be recommending this place and look forward to visiting again.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

Great host, location just perfect.

Nicely maintained place to stay in Siolim as described in the listing and shown in the image. I stayed with my wife and parents. Nearest super market is ~2km and main market is ~5km. Nearest beach is Vagator beach which is ~9.6km from the place. We stayed here for 3D/2N, and visited beaches in North goa (Baga, Vagator, Morjim, Aswem, Arambol etc.). Kitchen items were also in good state and water purifier aqua guard was great. We parked our car (Creta) outside main security gate and was safe. Parking inside apartment is for hatchback cars and can be parked inside apartment.
