Holiday rentals with beach access in Arabian Sea

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

We are often in Ajman for work and it is the best house in town in my opinion. Beach across the street, lots of restaurants, great view. The apartment has absolutely everything, even more. Host Alina met like old friends. We will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

I am so happy that I selected this place. Sea view from apartment was just awesome. I got help or response from him whenever I knocked. Apartment was very clean and beautiful more than it shows in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place 😊.

I spent a week at Mirza sahb’s place and i completely loved it! The place had a nice rooftop to enjoy the beachview from a distance. The apartment was clean and Mirza sahb was very accommodating. He let me be in the place late till my flight in the evening. I would love to stay there again.

White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Loved our stay, felt right at home. Really well maintained cosy place, close to the beach and other restaurants. They have their own cafe as well right next to the house. Liked their french toast. Would love to visit again and stay for longer.

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

Simply wonderful. we had a lovely stay.The cottage was very cozy and homely. We enjoyed thoroughly. Special mention of the cleaning ladies who came in and also for Shubham, whose food was delicious. last but not the least, the Rahul(host) was very helpful, flexible. We dint face any issues while check in or check out. will definitely visit again.

Alex is a superhost. Very helpful, always responded within minutes. The best part of stay was the location. just in front of the Ashwem view point. one can enjoy the serenity of the sea sitting at the balcony. There were lot of food joints nearby. Alex also helped to get cab for airport drop and local sightseeing. Overall a great stay .

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here. The easy access to the beach, beautiful pool and surroundings made it a nice escape for us. Restaurant staff near by was friendly and professional. Good food and good people.

Very nice house with spacious space, garden, terrace - we felt comfortable from the beginning. As described, one bedroom AC, the second room (equally large and also with a beautiful double bed and insect protection net) has a well-functioning ceiling fan. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in good hands here. If you like animals, even more. We found the gentle, unobtrusive company of cat, dog and also once cows in the garden to be enriching. Sneha was very easily accessible from the beginning and proactively helped us with taxi transfers (Uber does not work here) from/to the airport. On site, Pavi was very friendly and supportive for everything (harder mattress, candles, contact with moped rental including delivery ..). The Palolem and Patnem beaches can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Very great restaurants in the immediate vicinity overlooking the sea! We can highly recommend this place.

This is our 6th stay in Dubai Marina and first one at this luxury 2BR apartment at Address Residence. First, I would like to say that Amin is an awesome host, responsive and helpful. All our questions have been answered very quickly. Apartment is great: new, big, modern, bright, with comfortable beds for 4 adults in 2 sleeping rooms and additionally there is a big sofa in the living room. All room facilities are as described, new and with a great selection (very well considered details). There is a super good terrace with incredible sea view in this apartment on the 53rd floor - big and secure, with sofa, chairs and tables. There is a shadow during a hot day and no wind on a windy day on the terrace. There is a swiming pool area outside and sun lounges with sun umbrellas on the beach. Public beach with private area. Proper beach towels available. Sea area is bordered with a net that is really good and is secure and water is very clear. Great parking place. Definitely recommend!!

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

It was our second stay at Nishant’s place and I must admit that every time we fell in love more than the previous one. The place is peaceful yet surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. Walkable distance to beach and mesmerising sunset point. Would surely come back again.

I had a great stay at this place. The host, Harry, was very helpful and always available to assist. Checking in was easy and the apartment was clean. The best part is that the apartment is right in front of the sea! It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Harry is a great host and the location is perfect. Five stars!

I had a WoW experience !! Sids attention & eye on details were Super !! Be it the kitchen, the lighting in the apartment, the air cons, bedding, the living room, bathrooms, not to forget the very efficient dining table which is the Star attraction & covered car parking as it was hot outside !! Full marks to him, however there is always room for improvement.

Dr.Ransley was responsive always. His property was good for couples, his place was neat. Good location, lots of places surrounding the home. Bike rent and hotels are available at short distance
