Holiday rentals with breakfast in Arabian Sea

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

The place was just as described—beautiful and exactly what we expected. Kanchan and Anita were extremely helpful and proactive in sharing all the necessary information and assistance. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location was excellent, with the market just a short walk away. A big thanks to Pintu Dada for helping with breakfast and arranging autos. Overall, a truly worthwhile experience and great value for money.

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

This place was exactly what I was looking for my month long vacation as it is safe, secure and secluded. Haider uncle and Shabnam aunty were super welcoming and were extremely helpful. Sadaf did an amazing job of keeping the place spotless clean. They made sure I felt right at home always. The complimentary breakfast was a cherry on top. My privacy was their top priority and comfort was their top priority. Staying here was a wonderful experience. If you are looking for an Airbnb to rent, you can stop searching and book this right away!

They served a hot breakfast, as a complimentary coming all the way from other places to just serve breakfast. it is a wonderful property facing seaside, full of lights and ventilation. it can accommodate 6 people. Has all kithcen amenities. Near to Prabhadevi, Lower parel or Dadar can get cabs easily. Very helpful nature host and very responsive; will definitely recommend it and would love to visit again.

The hosts were superb. They were proactive is their communication making sure we felt well attended. Their care-taker was very helpful and recommended some local eateries to try from. Their abode is cozy, bright and colorful and very calm. We had a peaceful stay, just wanted we wanted. Will definitely visit again. Loved the house :)

Very good place to stay and close to dubai mall

Mohammed’s place was excellent in every way! From the moment of booking, Mohammed was very friendly and helpful with any requests and easy to reach with any questions. The apartment itself was very cozy to relax in at the end of the day and fully equipped with everything you could want from tv to wifi, a/c, kitchen, and so much more! The apartment was also centrally located only minutes from great places to eat and grocery. Thank you for your kindness and warmly welcoming me to Oman and your home Mohammed. The best ever hosts we have met so far for us.

We were hosted by uncle Sequeira and his cats. The room was as described. We were served good breakfast everyday. Uncle Sequeira went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. He also arranged breakfast and milk for our 1.5 year old son. The place is easily accessible through public transport. Caranzalem beach is a 5 min walk from the property. Miramar beach is also two bus stops away. Highly recommended if you want to explore panaji. Would definitely stay here if I visit panaji again.

Surely, the best bnb I have stayed at in Mumbai in my 50+ visits in the last two years. Classic Airbnb style home, with lots of love, care, good food, warm welcomes. Soraya's knowledge and taste of places in Bombay gave me so many memories in such a short period of time. Everything about this stay is homely and touching. And coupled with the view from the balcony, there is no other property that is beating this place! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I am coming back here again.

Staying with Jagdip uncle and his family in Ahmedabad was an unforgettable experience.
