On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The apartments and the holiday home are located in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The Erfurt Cathedral, the Petersberg, the university and the clinic are also within walking distance. The nearest tram stop is less than a 2-minute walk away.

There is a small playground with a spring and an excellent baker in the village. The tiny house is located on a private property (the courtyard is shared) and also includes parking directly at the property.
