Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand mit toller Gastronomie Ab ca. Mai bis Herbst. Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 1,6-2 km Entfernung sind alle relevanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein KFZ sinnvoll !

Welcome to our house. We love guests! Above us on the first floor is a spacious and cozy apartment available for guests. Up to 6 people can comfortably find space and relaxation on 70 square meters. It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

The 80qm holiday apartment is located in the south of Hamburg. It is quiet and in the countryside. It has close travel connections to the motorways, shopping areas and many extracurricular activity. The apartment under the roof of an one family house is modern and cosy furnished. It has a separate entrance and an own balcony. The apartment can host up to 4 Person. Children are welcome. The hosts are living downstairs. We speak german and english. It is a nice spot to relax and recover!

Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Küche und einen großen Wohnraum mit TV inkl. Netfixzugang. Auch wer einiges zu erledigen hat findet einen Schreibtsch mit LAN / WLAN. Außerdem habt ihr einen eigenen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine bodentiefe Dusche/WC, Fön und Handtuchheizkörper. eine Kaffee- und Teestation, Geschirr und Besteck, Becher und Gläser, Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden.

The daylight bathroom has a tub, shower and underfloor heating. Our beautiful accommodation is quietly located, within walking distance of the city and surrounded by nature and apple trees. The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes).
