This 95-square-metre house features a comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The whole apartment will be at your disposal. In Bechhofen there are supermarkets, local bakers and butchers as well as restaurants. Within a radius of approx. 20 minutes by car is Dinkelsbühl and Ansbach or Franconian Lake District. Bechhofen is also the starting point for beautiful bike rides. The highway connection (A6) is only 15 minutes away

You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
