Monthly Rentals in Annisquam River

Beautiful one night stay to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. Doug let us check in earlier on Friday as no guests there before us. That was a huge bonus as We went for a four mile walk after we got there then walked to a later dinner. Home is so cozy ~ we had a drink out front on the orange chairs and then wandered out back with the beautiful string lights and private space. It was Exactly as described and in a quiet neighborhood. The shutters on the port window upstairs were beautiful. As were all the small Touches such as the shades and the heart shaped rocks ! Next day we drove to Rockport, found Halibut state park and ate at My place by the Sea. Trip was fabulous and Doug’s place was the perfect spot. The shower was luxurious !!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

Soul rest! That is what my wife and I felt while we were at Emily’s place. It was quiet, a place to breathe and feel embraced by the surroundings. All the wildlife made for enjoyable watching and added greatly to the simple and restful atmosphere. Being right next door to Halibut Point State Park and the beautiful New England seashore offered space to walk and enjoy. Emily was a fantastic host! She was very responsive, helpful and kind. She gave us all the privacy we wanted but made sure she was available when needed. We loved our time here and hope to return.

The reserved parking place at the church really made a difference. It was nice being able to walk to the Beauport Hotel and downtown waterfront Gloucester.
