Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Annecy

Very nice stay at Sarah's place with friends, she was welcoming and gave us all the necessary information quickly. The accommodation is nickel, there are 2 attached parking spaces but possibility to park more 10m away

We really had a great time in Chanaz, Emmanuel's house is really very beautiful, and very nice in summer because the ground floor is very cool! We were very well received, even with a vegetable crate from the garden, a treat. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Sarah and Claude were very welcoming even before we arrive. They welcomed us at the check-in giving us a lovely gift, plent of tips, instructions on how stuffs worked in the house, etc We spend Christmas week and the house had everything we needed to cook, the rooms were big and comfortable. We do recommend staying at Les Gites de la Forge.

We booked Quentin's place for a weekend to get a mountain break before the holiday season. The accommodation is very spacious, quiet with a very nice view of Combloux. Quentin was a great hotel (instructions, answers to our questions, flexibility). We'll most certainly be back! Thanks!

We rented Natasha’s place for a week - and must say, everyday we loved the place more and more !! Cozy and homey feeling, and the chalet has all what you need for a mountain vacation week. House is super clean, bed is comfy with optional lights and built in plugs, well heated, couch was so comfortable. Would recommend !! Will come again for sure !! Thank you.

The apartment is very pleasant, nicely decorated, as described, very well-equipped and very well placed, at the foot of the slopes. Hugues and his wife are responsive, available and attentive. I recommend it.

Accommodation well placed and as described. Easy prior communication with Valerie, and very discreet on site. Very nice chalet where everything is wooden, even the dishes are pretty. Very well equipped chalet, in the heart of the mountains with even goats nearby. We who did not ski were equal distances from Morzine and Samoens, many gondolas accessible to pedestrians including Les Gets (Mont Chery and Chavanne) . Taninges is a quaint little village full of charm and very quiet with its river and small bridge over 400 years old. A change of scenery and calm guaranteed

Spacious, clean, and functional, matches the photos. Ideally located for a green break, between mountain and Lake Annecy offering superb landscapes. Very good tips from Cathy for great hikes from the cottage. Excellent welcome from Cathy, very kind, and special mention to her husband who told us the entrance to the cottage on arrival with a lot of humor. Don't miss the homemade homemade reblochon sold right next door to the farm restaurant. An exotic and invigorating stay! I highly recommend it!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.

We spent a week at the end of February with six of my friends. We were very well hosted, in person, by Mrs. Favre. I have received simple and clear instructions on the use of the property and its amenities and am satisfied with the interaction I have had. The house is very comfortable and there is, indeed, no hot water problem. The temperature remains constant even without a fire after the sunset. Amenities work well and the kitchen is provided enough to help prepare small dishes. In conclusion, this house allowed us to have a beautiful week, thank you again!
