Lovely house on the water

In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

Please no loud music after 8pm, max 2 ppl. Wanna drink&party? Please book a hotel! Pick up from/drop off to the airport by my driver Henry (Lexus ES300h/Mercedes EQE) is included in the price when staying 5 nights or longer. Ceaning fee (€80) needs to be paid cash upon check-out. Loft is on the 3rd and top floor.

Together, to a place in the middle of nature with all the space and an endless horizon. A place where nothing is required, but where everything is possible in the area! In addition to our dairy farm, we rent out five chalets, these are cozy cottages with fantastic views over the meadows with cows or sheep. Recreation on the Vecht is located just outside Weesp, on the river Vecht and the Ankeveense lakes. Ideal base for wonderful sailing, cycling and hiking trips or a day in Amsterdam

The barn

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
