A rather simple and small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, midway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Summer house on Anholt

Nice, electrically heated cottage with terrace, two bedrooms & living/dining room. Located right on the desert and a few minutes from the city. The house is divided into two - we live in the other half - but they are two separate homes. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. NOTE: Extra payment for electricity consumption = DKK 3/kW. The wood-burning stove is not in use! There are duvets and pillows - bring your own linen and towels. Can be rented for DKK 100 per person. Paid with electricity bill before departure.

Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The sea is in three directions and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay. You have your own private entrance and are also close to Varberg city center where the Fortress, Societetsparken, Varbergs Torg and Kallbadhuset are pleasant destinations.
