Beautiful accommodation, very nice and well thought out! The balcony is great, both for breakfast and for the end of the afternoon! Very well located, you can quickly get to La Rochelle by train with the train station 5 mins' walk away. Access to the beach and tasting hut right next door! Thanks to Stéphanie for the welcome, looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is faithful to the description and photos; well equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with a lot of dirty dishes. We couldn't use the outdoor shower and toilet because they weren't cleaned... Given the rental price, it is necessary to take care of these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for dining or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage where cars and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very much appreciated welcome gift We will put our suitcases down with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvie's. Everything was luxury, calm and pleasure! A fantastic family moment! We loved this house! Functional, bright, friendly and with this wonderful pool!! Beautiful and atypical accommodation, beautifully restored. We had a great weekend , very nice terrace. Quiet environment. We were very well hosted by Jean -Christophe and his daughter.

Celine’s house is so beautiful and the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Celine is an amazing host and the way she has designed this home is perfect and thoughtfully laid out. We had 3 adults staying and it was plenty of room and the pool was so lovely to get to enjoy. We hope to get to come back again sometime soon!

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is very well located on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. I rented the accommodation on 29 May 2025 for 3 nights, this is a nice apartment in a good location, very well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing to have a great stay Very good exchanges with the host, I would gladly rent again if I had to come back to La Rochelle
