Located in a peaceful environment, our charming little detached house, completely renovated (2023), is the ideal place for lovers of tranquility and comfort. It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

Small detached house of 26 m2, located at the end of the family garden. A short walk from the city center and amenities, it offers you a quiet space for your vacation or work stays. You will find the essentials to make your home away from home, solo, or couple. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING space, but you can smoke in the garden. Access is through the common portal of the family property. Our little dog sometimes walks in the garden.
