Very well located in the beautiful quiet area of Bussana, easy to access and to park. Pleasant house and very nice and relaxing viewpoint on the sea. The terrace is a big plus! Thank you for your responsiveness and attention (coffee, towels, etc.) in the house:)

We had a few beautiful days in the apartment, full of peace and tranquility. The apartment is large and comfortable and has everything you need to make you feel at home. The ocean view is beautiful and Matteo was so nice to us. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Thank you Rutger and Elaine for your great communication and hosting.

The arrival was independent of the host. We parked the car behind the gate right at the entrance to the apartment, so we didn't have to carry anything far. Since everything is within walking distance, there was no need to drive to the beach or to go shopping. There is a Euro spin shop in close proximity and a Lidl nearby. It's really a short walk to the beach and it's up to you whether you go to the beach, along which the tracks lead. The children loved this beach, where they had both the sea and trains🙂. There is always a public beach, where there is a shower, with a private beach, where you pay for a sun lounger and a parasol. The sea is beautifully clean. On the other hand, you will go to the beach, which is in close proximity to the city center. The advantage is the nearby restaurants and ice cream🙂. The accommodation is on the ground floor, I would say the basement, because the windows of the bathroom and bedroom are at the level of the garden of the apartment above you, which sometimes was disturbing when we put the small children to sleep and the children played by the window or had a mobile phone on. The garden is beautiful and shaded. The only downside is the missing WiFi, but we knew that.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a side rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed other comforts for him such as a cot or high chair. The area is great because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

Very nice apartment as described: The place to put on the bike is a plus,. Very quiet village but well located 5 minutes from the Escarene.

My 3 friends and I had a lovely long weekend break at this property. Fab to have so much outdoor space to enjoy and the house was nice and clean. It's near roads but we weren't disturbed by traffic. As others noted though, walking to/from the house could be tricky if you had kids due to lack of pavements. I got a bit confused about who was managing the place as I had different people messaging/checking me in. Not a big deal though. Overall a really lovely stay and a fab find in sanremo.

Absolutely phenomenal view from the Villa! It’s a bit of a trek to get up to it but it sure is worth it. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

We stayed, with our group of friends, for a weekend in Olessia's house and we had a great time...the house located above the coast of Menton enjoys a breathtaking view...the rooms are well maintained and all air-conditioned...we took full advantage of the pool overlooking the sea. The host was very welcoming and greeted us in person. We recommend everyone to try this apartment

We had a really great time on our beach holiday. The house was very suitable for our needs and would have been great for more than two people. We thank you for your kindness in welcoming us and for the information to help us settle in the area.

The apartment was perfectly clean, The location is ideal, close to tourist shops. The host was warm, responsive and attentive to all the details to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will not hesitate to come back on a future visit!

Paolo was a great host. Due to the storm, we arrived later. Everything was no problem and Paolo very flexible. The property is very nice and definitely worth a stay. Unfortunately a little difficult to find and yet very remote. Perfect as a starting point for hiking or biking.

Francesca's apartment has a beautiful garden with a breathtaking view. Perfect for families (and for those with pets). The interior is welcoming and is equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday!

We were 2 families with 1 dog, 7 people in total and this place was perfect. Spacious living room, well laid out bedrooms with storage and 2 toilets. The accommodation is very modern, air-conditioned and in an extremely quiet environment. The exterior as well as the inside are very well thought out. The only negative was the fact that the curtains were not opaque and that it was very early light in the bedrooms because the shutters are with blades.

Great welcome, Floriane and Bruno were very good advice for the visits and curiosities of the region , impeccable and comfortable accommodation. To be done again

if you want to have a quiet stay but close to the chin center, you will be in the right place! the accommodation offers a beautiful view from the large terrace , it is spacious and perfectly equipped, completely refurbished. The little extra, the private courtyard to park! communication with Marco was perfect and very friendly, we will go back without hesitation.

A beautiful house with a wonderful sea view that you can enjoy at all times. the house is located close to the beach and you can get there with a short walk. I highly recommend!

There were eight of us in annalisa's house and we felt very comfortable! Annalisa had very good recommendations and even brought us pomegranates!
