The apartment is practically perfect, beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It is in an ideal location because it is a short distance from the sea and the center but at the same time in a very quiet, green and quiet area. The host was helpful, courteous and attentive to my needs, but also proactive and useful to allow me to have a pleasant and interesting stay with tips and suggestions. I am very satisfied and do not exclude coming back: thank you again, Simone :)

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Great location by the seafront and in the middle of the town. All amenities easily within walking distance.

The apartment is in a very convenient location if you want to have the beach in the immediate vicinity. The traffic in front of the house did not bother us and we hardly heard the train behind the house. Communication with the hostess was always very pleasant and she always provided information very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Various shopping opportunities were available in the surrounding streets. The apartment is attractively furnished. Glad to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Corinne‘s to the full. Perfect location for a stay in the Côte d‘Azur, close to an extensive number of places worth a visit, the apartment was great, spotless, very quiet, modern and with all the necessary amenities. The apartment reflects the description one-to-one and Corinne is a great host, she met us upon arrival and was available 24/7. Impeccable communication, highly recommendable. Thank you Corinne!

Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

the structure is a little dated but well-maintained. Unfortunately, the pool and snack bar were still closed. The strength is the location and private parking. The apartment is impeccable with all the comforts, although very small is well organized. A wonderful terrace overlooking the gulf

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

Absolutely LOVED Isabelle’s home in Cagnes Sur Mer. Right by the promenade and close to the train station which made it easy to get to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes!! Cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much Isabelle!!!😊

It's a beautiful loft with a large terrace. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. It also has a washing machine and lots of towels for the bathroom and for the beach. The place is unparalleled, across the street from the beach and very close to downtown and transportation stops. I love Nice and now more for having discovered this loft, I will be back very soon!

We had a nice weekend. The villa conforms to the photos. Good location if you want to rest or party . The garden is beautiful , the pool is very cute . I recommend it and we will come back without hesitation . The host is very friendly.

Fantastic, modern home with an absolutely stunning view! Great patio almost hanging over the water. The host, Cecilia, was very responsive and friendly. We really didn’t want to leave and are hoping to be back in a not too distant future.

We had a great holiday at this property. It is comfortable and very practical. It's mostly in a great location. You can get there by train. Otherwise, we put the car in the parking lot and everything can be done on foot or by train. Two minutes from "Carnoles - Roquebrune" train station, 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops on foot. The whole was very clean and we were able to communicate with the owners very easily via messaging. In short, I recommend it. Be careful, the apartment is not big, so you have to be organized to be able to spend time there for 4 people.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

If you want to stay right in the heart of Sanremo, picking your breakfast from the bakery on the corner, with restaurants and shops, culture all around you, beaches and markets within 10 minute walk, and at the same time live like film stars, this is the place❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
