Wake up with the beautiful green view of the trees in the background, in this warm and comfortable apartment in the lively neighborhood of Palermo, surrounded by museums, shops, supermarkets and plenty of nice restaurants/bars to have a drink at sunset...With an unbeatable location it is an excellent starting point to visit the different neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Building with security 24h/day. Internet speed 100 Mbps The apartment is cleaned with extra precautions and sanitized thoroughly. Apartamento de 50 m2 con vista verde, con balcón, en el corazón de Palermo. Tiene 1 dormitorio con cama matrimonial y 1 sillón cama de 1 plaza en el living. Black out en dormitorio y living. Posee caja de seguridad. Excelente ducha. Equipado con Internet Wi-Fi, posee 2 TV : una de 42" en el living y otra de 32" en la habitación con Netflix, 2 aires acondicionados, calefacción, microondas, tostadora, 1 gran heladera, cafetera y termo eléctrico, tender extensible para el secado de la ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. El departamento ha sido reformado en mayo 2016, esto incluye pisos nuevos, colchón nuevo de alta calidad así como ropa blanca. En diciembre 2016 se colocó una cocina nueva, eléctrica. Me encuentro disponible en el celular para cualquier solicitud, consulta o recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de Buenos Aires o sobre el departamento. Near the main cultural and touristic attractions. Steps from all means of public transport. Walking distance to Malba Museum. Only 10' from the Jorge Newbery National Airport. Ubicación muy práctica para moverse en BA con todos los medios de transporte públicos a 3 cuadras en Av.Las Heras y a 1 cuadra en Av.Libertador. Personas adicionales sin cargo. Se hace una limpieza general por semana con cambio de ropa blanca sin cargo. El departamento tiene puerta blindada y abajo en la recepción hay guardias de seguridad las 24h. Posee caja de seguridad.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

A gem in a Providencia residential area. Tranquility, security, and total beauty

The studio is great! Comfortable, quiet, glamorous and above all cozy and bright. It's 45 square meters and includes a terrace and a garden at the entrance. I'll be available for any information or help you may need during your stay. Recommendations for walks, restaurants, (my favorite EL BACO, a French restaurant in Providencia, Italian and Creole restaurants)... all the city's attractions It is located in a residential area near walks, Cerro San Cristobal, Parque de las Esculturas, and excellent restaurants, museums, bars, and theaters. Providencia is ideal for trekking or cycling. Only 10 minutes from the subway. If you are coming from the airport, I recommend taking an OFFICIAL TAXI to the address. LO CONTADOR 0386 Providencia Pedro de Valdivia Norte Neighborhood In normal traffic hours, it is a journey of approximately 15 minutes Lo Contador Street is located behind the Sheraton Hotel, a very tall and visible building. Another reference to locate the street is CLINICA INDISA, which is very visible from all sides. The street is the one that goes behind these two buildings. If you have a vehicle, we have a parking lot. Public transport is a 10-minute walk to the metro or bus. Next to the Indisa Clinic for any emergency. There is a great mini market, SUPERMERCADO DIEZ, in the Plaza de Padre Letelier, a 10-minute walk away, greengrocer and fresh fruits, Clementina, a place to buy prepared food, a well-stocked liquor store with the best prices and the best Chilean wines... a very nice and residential neighborhood for walking... Cerro San Cristobal, steps from the apartment... walking through the San Cristobal funicular is a delight...

The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique shops, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service from several bus lines, a 10-minute walk from the Constitución train and subway station, 4 blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk to any of these points.
